Arkadiusz "Arek" Gepchard

Is a fine art photographer known for his surreal self-portraits blending humor, symbolism, and

reflection on human nature. Active since 1999, he works with digital photography, using theatrical

makeup and hand-crafted props made from everyday objects. His work merges realism and

imagination, balancing between truth and fiction.Gepchard has exhibited widely across Europe

and the United States — including Paris, London, New York, Zurich, Barcelona, and Stockholm

— and has received multiple awards and honorable mentions in international photography

competitions.His works are part of private collections and the Bibliothèque nationale de France

François-Mitterrand in Paris. His photography has been featured in Visual Art Journal,

ArtistCloseUp Contemporary Art Magazine, and Stockholm Designer Magazine.

He also donates his photographs to charitable causes. Currently based in France,
